Periodically, the colors on our Xerox Phaser 860 need to be adjusted. Print the following PDF files (downloaded from the Xerox website) until the color is satisfactory.
These PDF files can be downloaded at the Xerox website.
1. Go to http://www.officeprinting.xerox.com
2. Click on support button
3. Go to infoSMART™ Knowledge Base
4. Click on Phaser 860
5. In Serach by Symptom box type 'adjusting color'
6. Click on Color Corrections and Color Matching
7. Click on Phaser 860/8200 Printers: Verify color accuracy, if needed purge (refresh) the incorrect ink color
