Three Poets (James Byers, Michael Nava, and David Owen)
Colorado Springs, CO: The BON Press, 1975

Nava writes about such diverse topics as autumn in Aspen, a statue of Diocletian, and a lilac bush. Poems like “Howtown” and “The Onanist” get the reader closer to themes and preoccupations in the author’s later prose works.
