Poetry book divided in three sections with mostly narrative poems. “Travelers Without Maps” includes texts like “Mayans over Montana” and “Obama in Mexico” that serve to meditate on time, space, and culture. In “Almost Invisible Talents” the focus shifts to people's (often unsung) abilities; this section includes a long poem in homage to singer Jesús “Chuy” Negrete. The last section, “Heroics and Misery Cults” further reflects on culture, heritage, and on modernity’s shortcomings.

Poemario dividido en tres secciones de poemas (en su mayoría) narrativos. "Travelers Without Maps" incluye poemas como “Mayans over Montana” y “Obama in Mexico” que le sirven al autor para reflexionar sobre el tiempo, la geografía y la cultura. En “Almost Invisible Talents” el enfoque cambia hacia las diferentes capacidades de la gente; aquí se incluye un extenso poema en homenaje al cantante Jesús “Chuy” Negrete. La última sección, “Heroics and Misery Cults” vuelve a los temas relacionados con la cultura y la herencia, con otros que reflexionan sobre las limitaciones de la modernidad.
