single cell electroporation

 

By electrically and pneumatically targeting individual cells, we can achieve single cell electroporation using low voltages (<1V). Moreover, with our control loop, we can ensure the cell reseals. We can also use electrophoresis to assist in loading compounds rapidly into the targeted cells.
