ANIMATION FILES

File name: speaker and utterance id (as in the MOCHA or XRMB database).

Panels in the animation:

- Title: database name followed by the speaker and utterance id. 
  Example: 'XRMB: jw11_tp096' means utterance tp096 from speaker jw11 in
  the Wisconsin X-ray Microbeam database.

- Panel 1: acoustic wave. X axis: time in seconds. Y axis: wave magnitude.

- Panel 2: narrow-band spectrogram plot. X axis: time in seconds. Y axis:
  frequency in Hz.

- Panel 3: distance (mm) between tongue pellet pairs. X axis: time in seconds. 
  Example: dist(T1,T2) = distance between tongue pellets T1 and T2. 

- Panel 4: tongue reconstruction in the midsagittal plane of the vocal tract
  (X and Y axes in mm). The lips are to the left (right) for the MOCHA (XRMB)
  databases. The lines represent:
  . red: tongue contour reconstructed from the tongue pellets with our
    algorithm;
  . green: tongue contour reconstructed from the tongue pellets with a
    interpolating cubic spline;
  . black: outlines of the pharyngeal wall and palate.
  The circles represent the 2D location of individual pellets:
  . blue open circles: tongue pellets (T1 to T4 in XRMB, TT/TB/TD in MOCHA);
  . cyan: upper and lower lips (UL, LL);
  . dark green: MNM (XRMB only);
  . brown: lower incisor LI (MOCHA) or MNI (XRMB).
  . magenta: velum V (MOCHA only).
