The majority of my work focuses on how executives make decisions regarding state repression in the face of domestic and international institutional constraints.

My research has been published in the American Journal of Political Science, the Journal of Politics, International Studies Quarterly, the Journal of Conflict Resolution, and the Journal of Peace Research, among others. You can find me on Google Scholar and the Scholar’s Strategy Network.
